Shipping Policy: Apex House LTD, trading as Apex Series, is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient shipping services. We offer worldwide shipping to ensure you receive your products no matter where you are.

1. Try Before You Buy (Trial Orders)

We offer a Try Before You Buy option so you can test your product before committing.

How the Trial Works

  • You pay a small upfront fee (typically up to 15% of the product value) to start your trial.
  • This fee covers handling and is non-refundable.

Trial Period

  • Your trial lasts 30 days from the date the order is placed.

If You Want to Return the Product

To avoid being charged the full amount:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of placing your order
  • You must return the product within 7 days of notifying us

If these conditions are not met, the remaining balance will be charged automatically.

Return Costs (Trial Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If You Keep the Product

  • No action is required — the remaining balance will be charged automatically after the trial period.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us and we will resolve this in line with consumer protection laws.

2. Full Purchase Orders (Non-Trial)

If you purchase a product in full (not on trial), you are covered by our standard returns policy:

Returns Window

  • You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
