APEX Lost & Broken Replacement Program
How Does the Replacement Program Work?
If your APEX Goggles or Glasses are broken, damaged, or lost while riding within 24 months of purchase, you can request a replacement.
Covered situations include:
- Crash damage
- Accidental damage
- Loss during riding or travel
Proof of purchase may be required. We may also ask for a quick photo of the damage.
Replacement Fee
All replacements require a small replacement fee to cover processing and shipping.
The exact fee depends on:
- Your shipping country
- The product type (Goggles or Glasses)
Replacement fees are subject to change and will be clearly shown before you complete your request.
What Products Are Covered?
The APEX Lost & Broken Replacement Program covers:
- APEX Goggles
- APEX Glasses
Purchased from:
- www.apexseries.co
- Official APEX retailers
Coverage lasts 24 months from the original purchase date.
What Is Not Covered?
This program does not cover:
- Prescription lenses
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic wear)
- Lost accessories (cases, straps, pouches)
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
Damage or loss occurring after 24 months from purchase is not covered.
Replacement Limits
- Maximum of two replacements per item within 24 months
- Subject to product availability
- If your exact product is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar or equivalent replacement

What Does This Cover?
Defects in materials or craftsmanship in:
- APEX Goggles frames
- APEX Glasses frames
- Magnetic lens systems
- Core structural components
If something fails because it wasn’t made properly, we fix or replace it.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen eyewear
- Crash damage (covered under the Replacement Program instead)
- Normal wear and tear
- Prescription lenses
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This warranty lasts for as long as you own your APEX eyewear.
How Do You Submit a Warranty Claim?
To submit a claim:
- Visit our Protection Program page
- Upload proof of purchase
- Provide a photo of the issue
We’ll review your claim and get back to you quickly.
What Will APEX Do?
If the issue is confirmed as a craftsmanship defect, we’ll replace your item at no cost with zero processing or shipping fees.

Every pair of APEX Goggles and Glasses includes a 30-day ride test.
How It Works
- Ride with them for up to 30 days
- If you don’t love them, send them back
- You only cover the initial shipping cost
If they don’t work for you, don’t keep them.
