Every APEX Legend product includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal riding use.
If something fails because of how it was made, we’ll make it right.
Our warranty does not cover crash damage, misuse, abuse, modifications or expected wear from regular riding.

What’s Covered
Your APEX warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures caused by materials or workmanship under normal riding conditions, including:
✓ Manufacturing defects
✓ Lens coating defects / delamination
✓ Frame failures under normal riding conditions
✓ Magnetic lens mechanism defects
✓ Strap stitching failures (goggles)
✓ Product failures caused by material or workmanship issues
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or normal wear over time, including:
✕ Crash, impact or accident damage
✕ Misuse, abuse or improper handling
✕ Scratches, cosmetic damage or normal ageing
✕ Damage caused by excessive force, bending or modification
✕ Heat exposure, chemicals or improper storage
✕ Loss or theft
✕ General wear expected through regular riding use
Warranty Examples
Covered
Lens Coating Issue
You’ve been riding in your Legend glasses for several months and notice the lens coating beginning to peel or delaminate despite normal use and care.
Covered under warranty — this would be considered a manufacturing defect.
Magnetic Lens Issue
Your magnetic lens system no longer secures correctly during normal riding use and the product has not been crashed or impact damaged.
Covered under warranty — this would be treated as a product defect.
Strap Stitching Failure (Goggles)
The strap stitching separates during regular riding use without signs of impact, misuse or accidental damage.
Covered under warranty.
Not Covered
Crash Damage
You take a tumble at the bike park and the frame cracks, lens scratches or the product becomes impact damaged.
Not covered — crash damage falls outside the warranty.
Accidental Damage / Misuse
Your glasses are sat on in the van, crushed in a bag, bent forcefully or damaged through improper storage.
Not covered.
Normal Wear
After months of riding, the lens develops minor marks, cosmetic wear or visible signs of regular use.
Not covered — this is considered normal wear and tear.
We build APEX gear to be ridden hard. If something fails because of how it was made, we’ll make it right. If damage happens through crashes, impacts, misuse or expected wear, this falls outside our warranty coverage.
